By using TimeWipe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Browser-side transcript timestamp removal for pasted text and subtitle files (SRT, VTT, meeting captions, and similar). Paid plans add unlimited cleaning, AI formatting, translation, saved libraries, and exports.
Use limits
Free use includes paste, upload, copy, and download within daily limits (5 for guests, 25 for free accounts). Paid plans unlock higher limits and server-side features. Details may change as the product evolves.
Your content
You are responsible for transcripts you process. Only use content you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
AI credits
AI formatting uses 1 credit per 5,000 characters; translation uses 2 per 5,000. Credits reset each billing period. See our AI tools privacy section for how data is handled.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are sold by Vempus Technologies Private Limited via Stripe. Cancel renewal anytime in the billing portal; access continues through the current paid period.
Refunds
Subscriptions are digital access with metered AI credits. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
Availability
We may change or discontinue features when practical. We are not liable for outages caused by providers listed in our subprocessors list.
